Payments & Bookings
Classes, events and membership bookings should be completed online using Paypal, the secure on-line payment system, accessible through the Services page of this website. In order to guarantee a class space, a complete advance booking must be made, including payment and a health questionnaire competed for new students.
To register as a student at Vicky Meikle Yoga & Wellness you must be at least 18 years of age. Students under the age of 18 are required to provide written consent from a parent and/or legal guardian.
Refunds or Transfers
Vicky Meikle Yoga & Wellness regrets that refunds or transfer of classes/courses are not offered. All classes/courses are non-refundable or transferable once payment is complete.
Courses & Workshops
Courses and workshops are non-refundable. In the event that a course or workshop is cancelled, registered students are eligible for a refund or may select an alternative and equally priced course or workshop option.
Liability Release
Vicky Meikle Yoga & Wellness reserves the right to substitute the yoga teacher at short notice in order to avoid cancellation of the session, in such cases the cancellation policy still applies.
Vicky Meikle Yoga & Wellness reserves the right to make alterations to the classes, and/or equipment, without notice and at its absolute discretion. Vicky Meikle Yoga & Wellness will not be liable for any loss occurred by such alterations.
Vicky Meikle Yoga & Wellness does not accept responsibility for students who do not follow the class instructions as provided by the teacher. Any medical or physical conditions, recent or persistent injuries, or relevant disclosures must be made by students to the teacher prior to the beginning of class. Prior to, during, or after class, it is the responsibility of students to inform the teacher if they are experiencing any pain or discomfort.
Vicky Meikle Yoga & Wellness including any staff, will not be held liable for: a) any injury or harm resulting in participation or use of facilities, and b) any damage to or loss of personal property.
Vicky Meikle Yoga & Wellness reserves the right to change the terms & conditions as well as prices at any time. Significant changes will be indicated by notice on this website.
